For the management team from Banca Carige Group, in 2012 Future Concept Lab created an ad-hoc laboratory (Carige Lab) for a five month period of time to develop a new business model for Banca Carige Italy.
The project kicked-off with a conceptual scenario presentation (based on The Paradigms of the Future), which was followed by another presentation on the 12 Generational Targets (Consum-authors) in order to identify, for each target, specific points of interest within the Carige Italy projects, and to define consumer benefits.
After the presentation of the brand check-up (the conceptual and strategic nuclei for Carige Italy) the project evolution was defined, combining the results from a series of conversations with the management, based on the scenarios of the Mindstyles Program and international Observatory of Consumption and Retail. In follow-up, there were two days of workshops held in the company, to formulate strategic opportunities for innovation related to possible new formats for agencies, products and services, in relation to the different consumer targets.
