Lucia Chrometzka was invited in Istanbul to partecipate to the 5M event organized by Asemble, inside the Kanyon Mall in the business district of the Turkish capital. The presentation focused on the significant retail trends identified by Future Concept Lab for the Turkish market, giving strategic indications and insights regarding the relational marketing. The workshop had the objective to give participants the opportunity to understand better the difference between mega trends, trends and concepts and the importance of relational marketing in the retail sector. More than 500 people, representatives of companies and industry, followed the various sessions proposed during the two-days event. Other speakers included Industrial Designer Jozeph Forakis, Stefanie (NY Metropolitan Museum of Arts retail operation GM), CEO Nicolas de Santis (Twelve Stars Consulting), and personalities coming from Europe and USA and more than 20 speakers from Turkey.
